Important Information

Below is some useful information on the process defined by the manufacturer for the process for the reurning of any products under warranty or for repair.

Warranty Information
The Thermalution manufacturers warranty period is strictly 12 months from the date of purchase.

If you wish to make a return under warranty, we would ask that you initially contact us and provide the following information:

1) Type of Product
2) Serial Number
3) Date of Purchase
4) Where Purchased
5) Details of reason for return under warranty
6) Your name & contact details

We will then log this request with Thermalution and confirm to you any actions requested by the manufacturer.

Once confirmed, the request may require your returning the unit to us for testing and return to the manufacturer for their inspecition, repair or replacement.

All decisions on warranty replacement are made by the manufacturer, as defined by their policy and process's

Repair Service
If you have a fault with your suit outside of the warranty period, Thermalution can look to review and repair the suit for you.

The process is similar to the above and initially we request that you contact us and provide the following information:

1) Type of Product
2) Serial Number
3) Date of Purchase
4) Where Purchased
5) Details of reason for repair
6) Your name & contact details

We will then log this request with Thermalution to confirm a price for these repair works, for your approval.

Once you have accepted the price for the repair works, we will request that you return the unit to us for directly to the manufacturer for their inspecition & repair.
