VARMA has been a leader in the development and production of knitted woollen products in Iceland since the company was founded in Akureyri in 1982.
Today VARMA are located in the middle of Reykjavik, but it has become unheard of today for such an industry to operate in this part of the world.
VARMA are all big birds and they are proud of that.
Their main raw material, Icelandic wool, is processed and produced from it in its country of origin.
